Donald began at Hope College in November, 2021. Previous to joining Hope College, Donald was the senior research analyst in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness at Ball State University from 2017 to 2021, and a research analyst in the Office of Institutional Research at Central Michigan University from 2012 to 2017.
