College East Apartments are co-ed and can house up to 112 students in 23 apartments. College East is supervised by a resident director and three resident assistants, one on each floor.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, living and dining room area, and kitchen. All basic furniture is provided:

• Extra-long twin beds
• Dressers
• Couches
• Dining table and chairs
• Coffee table, end tables and lamp

The second-floor recreation room has a pool table and computers are located on the third floor. Laundry facilities are provided in the basement.

Completed in 1982, the building has been honored with an award for excellence in masonry.
