Timeline

Project Registration

Each project must be registered. If multiple students are presenting a project, onlyONEstudent needs to register the project. All projects must be registered by February 10.

Abstract

On the registration form, the student researcher will be given the option of entering an abstract. A link to the project-specific G0ogle Doc will be sent to the student researcher and mentor and will be editable until the abstract deadline.

Mentor Approval

This process can happen any time between registration and the approval deadline.Please be sure to complete this step before February 24.
Before February 24
Mentors can check for registered students, type of poster, title of projects, etc. on theRegistration Report. January 10 –April 22

Poster&PresentationInformation Session

In this optional training we will go over best practices for poster creation, common mistakes and tips for presenting a poster. Staff will be available to answer questions.
